From my photos, it’s clear that I’ve reached middle age. I do my best to look after myself amidst the demands of business and family life, and I want to make the most of the next 20 years or so before reaching retirement. Over the years, I was approached several times about taking on training roles, but fear, financial constraints, and family commitments always held me back.

Life, as we know, has its cycles. In my younger years, I celebrated new arrivals, christenings, weddings, and countless birthdays. More recently, I’ve found myself attending a growing number of funerals, which has made me reflect deeply. Do I want to keep working tirelessly to ensure a comfortable retirement, uncertain of how much of it I might get to enjoy? Or should I start making changes now, pursuing a career path that allows me to enjoy life, share my experience, and make a real difference in others' journeys? I’ve realised that helping people grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding and something I have always been good at.
